You can buy an elliptical shaver. it’s like a shaver that has a ton of tweezers and rips all the hair out for you cost $100 and mine has last me eight years now. Hurts the first month or so but after that it’s painless.

Im late but as an esthie. Waxing will last longer than shaving. But it will not stop it and usually will take a lot of sessions/years for you to see less hair grow back. Laser will last way longer but it’s not permanent either. Electrolysis is the only permanent solution.

the ingrowns are the worst thing ive ever experienced and once the damage is done ur cooked 😭 wish I wouldve stuck to shaving

It doesn’t have to be really long, the hair is equal to the length of a single piece of rice. Grow out is not itchy, hair thins out over time, I recommend.

better yet…. wax it yourself. i do about 1x a month. have for about 5 years now. professional waxers still didn’t get all up in there like i wanted. the first rip hurts then the rest is fine. do it.

so so so worth it! the only thing i HATE is the anxiety leading up to the appointment, but once its bald it’s WORTH IT! i forgot how much the pain was after getting it done 3 days ago, i just get anxious before getting it 😭done

I trim! I bought a man’s trimmer and it gets as low as I need it to go. Not skin bald but SHORT af so almost basically. Plus there’s no itchiness when it grows back bc the hair doesn’t have to poke back through the skin.

The absolute worst thing i ever done, the ingrowns were insane and i did everything and anything i was supposed too. Got laser and GAME CHANGER! so smooth, no ingrowns not rid of scars from wax/ingrowns

Honestly it’s helpful in the upkeep and the hair is thinner in the long run -making it more manageable. Whatever you decide PLEASE go to a small/boutique spot for waxing and not a chain. EWC ruined my skin for years

it's so worth it omg. shaving was smooth only that day, sometimes early next day. waxing leaves it soooo smooth for like 2 weeks and then the hair is so sparse and soft when it grows back and it's far far far from a bush at 4-6 weeks when I go back

i do laser hair removal at home and it’s so easy and you barely feel a thing and once all the hair is gone it lasts very long and you just have to do touch ups

Laser hair removal is the only way to go, I waxed for a year , you can get away with it in the winter but the moment summer comes and your in a swim suit and have to wait till your next wax it is almost impossible to. Laser will save you money in the long run and after your done you go like once a year for a touch up but are basically baby smooth no hairs no pores, no anything

i had it professionally done for about a year and a half, i do it at home now when ever i think it’s ready!! so so worth it. but in the summer i use the flamingo hair removal cream!!
