Connective tissue conditions won't improve with a collagen supplement. Collagen supplements promote collagen production, connective tissue conditions like EDS will just produce more defective collagen. I do agree exercise will help to maintain health, but best to seek out hypermobility safe exercises.

WILD!! The way I beg my doctor for any help or referrals at all for my EDS and sh just shrugs and says it’s not her specialty and I’ll have to find my own way. TikTok has been so much more helpful than any of my health team

My eyes have changed a bit with the years, mostly the color going from brown to hazel. The center brown was my entire eye color previously. I am diagnosed HEDS and POTS and am looking into other suspected things like MCAS and Chronic Fatigue
