De acuerdo con las investigaciones, estaría vinculado a actividades de explotación ilícita que habrían generado graves afectaciones ambientales y contribuido al sostenimiento financiero de esta estructura criminal. Con esta captura, el @COL_EJERCITO afecta una fuente de financiación ilegal, reduce la capacidad de articulación de redes criminales y continúa protegiendo los recursos naturales y a las comunidades del norte del Cauca.
