A crash usually needs forced selling and loose lending. Right now most owners have equity and underwriting has been tight. What we’re seeing is normalization. Inventory is adjusting and some segments are correcting, but that does not mean there will be a crash.

House hunting is a damn nightmare. I’m tired of the BS prices. The houses are at 400% mark up. It’s demoralizing and annoying for buyers. We want to get a home so bad but south Florida is pushing ppl out.
