This shifts more tension to the rear delts and reduces upper-trap takeover. 2) Go kneeling for better stability. Standing works, but less stability = less load. More stability = better control and progression. 3) Keep your shoulders down and depressed. If they shrug up, your traps take over. 4) Pull the rope toward your face — not your neck or chest. Aim eye-level to keep tension on the rear delts.
