Slightly sweet, savory, cozy, and not overly salty. They make their broth from scratch, and I could tell because I didn’t get dehydrated or have stomach issues afterward — first time ever! I usually have stomach issues after hotpot in GA 🥹, so this felt so strange but good. We ordered beef and lamb (they slice it right in front of you), which I really appreciate. Must-order: house-made wontons, bamboo, gong choy! This spot has been around 10+ years, and I honestly used to dislike it. But after changes two years ago, the quality is way better.
