as much as I hope some of these officers changed their approach towards certain situations I find it highly unlikely and they will continue to be domestic enemies. sad part is it doesn't have to be that way

This is good teaching, but a one-time lesson only effectively reaches about 2-5% of the class. For this to take root, EDUCATION is the KEY. By this i mean that learning and effectively implementing requires REPETITIVE reinforcement
