I have ankylosing spondylitis(disc generation, osteophytes/bone spurs), syringomyelia t9-t10 4x4mm, bulging disc l5,s1 and scoliosis - I’m in so much pain and have difficulty moving my left leg but I’m not getting any treatment.

If I have degenerative disc disease in L5-L4 amd L5-S1, would you recommend replacement of both discs? I have not been able to go back to the gym and not even calisthenics. Usually after even lifting my kids I get pain on my waist
