@booth_ism: My thoughts after watching Episode 7 of The Mighty Nein and honestly… I had hope for Essek. I really thought we were heading toward a redemption arc, but instead he doubled down and it cost Verit his life — and that hurt. Losing his mother clearly pushed him further down a darker path instead of pulling him back. Caleb’s story continues to pull me in, especially his connection to the Cerberus Assembly. Vess DeRogna stepping to Trent and basically daring him to try her was one of my favorite moments — I know she’s probably dangerous, but I love a complicated, morally gray character. Yasha not being present yet makes sense, but I still miss her. Meanwhile, Malimak insisting the past should stay buried while actively chasing it feels very telling, especially with all the Eyes of Nine symbolism creeping in. Nott remains my favorite character — her design is incredible, terrifying and beautiful at the same time — and pairing her with Jester is pure chaos that absolutely needs supervision. Fjord continues to grow on me too, especially with everything going on between him and his god… which also makes me ask: where is the Traveler?
