as an extremely unphotogenic person that used to feel like no pictures ever turned out like i wanted and that i always looked so weird in them in comparison to the mirror, digital camera! it doesnt have to even be expensive or name brand. literally even a cheap amazon camera works wonders 😭 for some reason the lense on physical cameras makes the pictures so much more cohesive and naturally more appealing as opposed to a phone camera

you gotta take videos and then screen shot frames from the video that you look good in that’s the way i got 99% of my instagram photos lol

camera app, go to take a photo but hold down and slide right to record, prop up your phone, pose & mess around, then take screenshots from the video for pics 🫶🏻

Instead of photos take a video of you doing different poses and screenshot the video! Usually this helps get a few good photos at once
