I think the scale is wrong. I say millions in 5 years, just because of how greedy companies are and how burnt out and horrible American lives are now. It feels like a big K economy is starting. The ultra-rich are going up, and the rest of us are on starvation wages and are constantly in debt, which will be generational. Two different countries.

It’s not that I’m not worried about A.I., it’s just I have so much to worry about right now, feeding my family and putting gas in the car, the political climate and such…it just feels like another log on the fire.

So what are we supposed to do about it?? You mentioned it for like two seconds, but you didn’t say any answers that we could do to help stop this. I don’t see any reason to worry about this because we have zero say in it. It’s all gonna have to burn down for the people in charge to actually change anything

The chances of it taking away blue car jobs for white collar jobs is actually in reverse. it's more likely to take away lawyer, jobs, programming and other things like that because those are all verbal jobs. the management jobs because it's easier to put a chatbot in charge of those then build a robot to do a service job
