Looks yum! But what was the point of dirtying the entire pot. Everything should have already been hot from the oven. Just add the warmed heavy cream to the blender and boom done

I will never understand adding tomato paste when already add real tomatoes. Doesn’t add much flavor, only better consistency - which is good for restaurant food but home cooking should be fully healthy. Broth as well even bigger here. Don’t need it. Instead add two carrots to your roast , and a tiny pinch of sugar. Looks great tho
