IV :

Driver cant sue because that entire situation only happened due to ILLEGALLY DRIVING ONTO PRIVATE PROPERTY 😂

BlueGorilla39 :

Shouldn’t be driving in other peoples yards anyways

Chris Clatterbuck :

✍️“build snowman on tree stump”

baerlyhuman :

that snowman is huge. I feel like it would dent your car even if there was no stump

Chief Quimby :

Why do people ruin others fun for no reason!!!!? I hate it!!!

Zigler__ :

I'm too European for these comments, this is perfectly legal and not a trap, the only person in the wrong is the driver

__beansoup__ :

I never realized there was so much stock footage of trucks running over snowmen.

Humanomoly :

Based on the footage the giant snowman is clearly on their property and not near the street. Meaning the driver is at fault for defacing private property.

Kęnnêdÿ :

The way the snowman is still standing too 😂

Loganjoh5 :

Not all pickup truck drivers but always a pickup truck driver

dschu12 :

tommy Lloyd :

as soon as I heard 9 foot tree stump

hyperstriker777 :

what i find insane is that they had the AUDACITY to drive on to their property just to try and run down a snowman. cuz that snowman is just a few feet from the house

McConskie :

All these comments outing themselves as people who would 100% run over a snowman and then get mad when ur car gets wrecked 😂

Josh 😍 :

Why's everyone calling this an intentional trap 🤣 nowhere in this video does it say anything about it being a trap

christine :

imagine the call to the car insurance company and explaining what happened.

jenniexmariex :

the driver knowing how long that took them and wanted to destroy it 💔

Gnarp :

You drive your truck on their property and building it on a stump for stability is a valid reason. driver 100% at fault

Queen Of Revelations :

There could have been children playing behind that snowman. I bet the driver didn't check first

jimimyhasrickets :

People are really defending the truck driver🫩🫩

Josh S :

Me watching it all from the window.

TheHiddenCorner :

I don’t care what any of yall have to say, this pleases me greatly 😌😌😌😌😌😌

leo :

The snowman is right next to their house why would ANYONE try to run it over…….

Blood is thicker than water :

these comments crack me up. drivers fault. simple as that

OnTheDrive_YouTube :

People actually blaming the home owner, the truck driver intentionally drove into someone’s private property in order to destroy a snowman, no one made that person do that
