I used to need to wash every other day and it was very very oily, but now go 5-7 days and it’s not as oily. Grey hair is different. I use a rosemary oil shampoo and conditioner. It doesn’t fall out as much as it used to either.

I only wash mine once every 4 days, but I’m blessed with hair that doesn’t need product regardless of style. Even the. I only scrub my scalp, let the rest wash down, and condition. My scalp and hair are insanely healthy. No grease or oil production here. Oil production is the body ways of trying to overcompensate for dryness, actually.
