48 hours ago I was bumped and knocked down by a car in the Walmart parking lot. ER confirmed through X-rays, MRI and CT, compressed fracture of L1. I am miserable but terrified, too, since I can’t see a doctor until next week.

I just found out I broke my lower spine and the doctors can’t do nothing bout it so I have to let it heal naturally for 6 months😭

I was in the exact same back brace 7 months ago with a fractured L1 also🥲 currently still in a lot of pain. Feel like I’ll never be fully okay. Hope you recover a hella lot better than me ❤️❤️

I didn’t even get a brace . I broke my lateral process he just said here’s some Vicodin good thing no surgery just gonna take time to heal and it will hurt like hell
