I do not think at that age , you should still be getting ur a$$ beat by your parents. & strangling your son is not formal punishment. The provoked him 100%.. she thinks bc she is his mom that it's okay for her to put hands on him knowing she's gonna start a fight & hes gonna defend himself so she can call the police on him. He is a minor she legally cannot just kick him out on the street. & the house is neglect within its self
