i’m really really proud you posted this. *hug* you have nothing to be ashamed of. i get dystonia in my jaw, it usually goes sideways slightly just like you, along with being open and i get so embarrassed. it doesn’t close if i push on it tho so i just have to wait. i don’t often show the mouth & jaw dystonia because like you i get embarrassed. but i am SO incredibly proud & im cheering you on💗this condition sucks so bad.

the ventriloquist method not only looks more natural but it definitely sounds more natural and you seem a lot more confident speaking like that instead of holding your jaw, or at least you come off that way. no need to be embarrassed though about anything you seem so sweet and you have the cutest smile on earth !!

what if you wore a v chin mask and put it under your jaw for support like this i feel it would help if you're not comfortable with wearing it outside maybe put a normal mask on top (like those Korean highschoolers)
