Everyone is blaming the medic is wrong. He JUMPED AT HER. The first thing we are taught in ems is to protect ourselves. The police officer is wrong, because it’s their job to deal with violent/belligerent people. Quirky frankly, this should have been a police escorted medical transport if she was that scared. Everyone is wrong in a way. Poor man.

I very recently had a hypoxic actively trying to die patient that hit me, scratched me and dug her nails into me. Wild shit happens when you can’t breathe sometimes. It’s a shame that this man’s outcome was what it was.

😭What da fuck yes he’s like “I need oxygen I need water” sure….assess his vitals…? Wym and he collapsed moments later. The full video I’ve seen a while ago it’s sad the EMS crew doesn’t know shit. Super sad, glad they all lose their licenses.
