Y’all saying privilege, but didn’t the office leave, knowing that she chased somebody and let her go, but then he came back and said he can’t let her go cause of the severity of the situation, but he already knew the severity before he left the scene he came back he saw that she said that he hurt her then he wanted to do something.

They lying they know what he was handing him the keys the officer got mad because he was handing the employee the keys . Kurcz was mad and retaliated because when he returned to the scene, the young lady informed the paramedics that her shoulder hurts because the officer grabbed her when she didn’t want to talk to him about what happened.So we all watched the same video . She was already upset he should have never touched her which escalated her. He stated he wasn’t going to arrest her or tow the car. Instead of letting her calm down to find out what happened with the guy and her. officer Kurcz left the scene to tend to another complaint. Then him-and the other officers decided to retaliate because she stated the way he grabbed her. Look at how the two officers looked at each other when the paramedics were there. They retaliated by toeing her car now when he should have done that at first . The dad was calm he was trying to get understanding as well they kept escalating the situation because of their own personal feelings . Look how the other cop talking stating this ain’t yall‘a car it’s the leasing company. Now they got mad cause they didn’t give them the keys when they saw the dad give the keys to the employee all 🔥 broke loose . They should have waited for the lt. to come before it escalated. He told the dad one thing and then said something different. Kurcz has a control issue. The dad was calm until he touched him as he asked him to not touch him . The officers escalated this and was mad that the father call higher ups . Listen to the officers attitude when he was giving a directive by his supervisor. “ I’m not doing that “ insubordinate “. His pride in the way .
