Since they specialize in seafood especially uni, offering items like uni chawanmushi, uni risotto, uni udon, uni pizza! We also tried aged fish sashimi and the "plate shumai." Since one of the chefs has a background working at an Italian restaurant back in Japan, they offer Ja-pizzas with toppings you won’t find anywhere else, like uni, crab, squid and eel!
