Are you covering your hair when you go to bed? If not, you’re getting residue on your pillow and then it’s going on your face. If you do wear a bonnet, it might be an allergy to an ingredient.

They have a lawsuit I think bc that brand is so bad for your hair and causes hair loss. So it would make sense it’s causing breakouts. I used to use it high school but never had that problem. I suggest using the Verb Ghost oil it’s so good!
