Today made it Exactly 1year we expanded into a proper restaurant. 1 Year of realising that if you own a FOOD BUSINESS and don't know how to cook, you will be a slaave to your Employees One year of trying to be consistent all round, One year of realising that no matter how much light you have in the area where your Restaurant is located you still need a good Generator, One year of taking huge risk, One year of realising that POOR STAFFING can ruin your Business, One year of realizing that having a 'Favourite Staff' is going to ruin your Business slowly, One year of realising that your Staff are not your Family or friend, One year of realising that you must maintain Professionalism with your staff at all time, One year of knowing that some customers can be extremely mean and inconsiderate but you must use wisdom so as not to look unprofessional, One year of realising that you can make it without licking asses on or offline, One year of taking feedbacks, criticism and comparison from people that have never even patronised us, One year of  ignoring Trolls, subs, condensing remarks from people, One Year of realising that people see stealing as a right and not an offence in a work place, One year of realising that before hiring someone new, reaching out to their former employee is key, One year of realising that you cannot please everybody as a business person, One year of putting God in the centre, front, back, every where, One Year of making God the CEO while I maintain the creative Director's position, One Year of realising that workers like strict bosses and until they start calling you a 'Devil' you are yet to do the right thing which is putting them in their place, One Year of pushing regardless, One Year of realizing that allowing workers form a cartel can ruin you, One year of realising that no amount of stealing is too small, One Year of realising that if you are always absent from your business, you will cry blaad, One Year of realising that owning a restaurant isn't a walk in the park, One Year of realising that if you own a business and know nothing about the business you will cry, One Year of realising that some Friends are worth more than 'Gold' One year of realising that Satan is a liar, a confusionist  and he isn't in hell but on Social Media, One year of  realising that God never fails, One year of achieving what I couldn't achieve in 10years, One year of  doing it alone with no regret, One year of  realising that you can be minding your business and people will still be mad at you for it. This one year has been full of alot of Lessons, We have grown, We have evolved, We have learnt, And we are Grateful for a thriving Business.
