The work attire helps to identify who works there and who doesn’t. I’m surprised that the owner would allow this. It is such a forward facing job. You greet customers all day long. If they really want to offer a day like that then they should be required to at least where their work shirt.

I don’t even know what uniforms they wear. I look at their faces when ordering and picking up and say thank you to their faces and move on. Why are we over analyzing people’s clothing.

First of if you don’t like it don’t go there anymore,second all you did was give them a day off, and three if I got a pajama day at work especially around this time of the year I would be so grateful because it’s super stressful dealing with people complaining about it being busy

it also doesn't make the employees feel comfortable during holiday rushes but i also makes them enjoy the job more. it's nice to dress down one in a while at work not all the time. As long as they work professionally that's all that matters that the place is clean, food is warm and hot, their hair is up, gloves are on. Follow health safety and at least wear a name tag and the right shoes. I would rather have the employees comftrable and happy (as much as they can during holiday rush) rather than exhausted, upset, and annoyed. Heck id compliment their pajamas (as long as it's appropriate) and tell people what I saw.
