I plan on renovating my coastal village, I added new villager houses (same layout and design as default village houses), I replaced dirt block paths with Oak wood blocks and also added small good bridges. Also there is a cool looking stone structure right next to the coastal village so I built a bridge to serve as a tourist spot. I don't plan to make a fort but I Created a Iron wall that blocks hostile mobs from the forest.
