When I was in UK,I was on a train that stopped due to fallen trees in front. The railway company immediately arranged taxis to come and take passengers to the next station, bypassing the fallen trees. We then continued our journey on another train.

😒… the very minute that they have a technical fault. The least they could do is inform the passenger of the technical fault and offer alternatives and a refund. It’s 2025, shouldn’t this be in their handbook already on what to do? Or management malas?

To be fair, I was at KL Sentral for the 12.15pm train to Seremban, and after a friendly chat with the staff to understand the pandemonium there, I was promtly informed that a refund was possible at the KTM counter below. The refund was quick and without any difficulties. I was extremely disappointed that I had to cancel my solo trip, but hey, it is what it is.

I pernah kena dulu.. train stop in the middle of jungle tanjung malim.. stuck dalam train for many hours.. dari petang sampai ke malam baru di pindahkan ke train lain.. kena keluar dari train rosak tu tukar ke train lain.. supposed sampai aloq star 10pm tapi sampai 4AM! 😭

awaknya ... tk yh tunggu Kes mcm ni.. saya yg hri2 g kerja ni pun sama teruknya... announcement tak da .. delayy je hati2.. lpstu minta maaf.. eh maaf kau tu dh basi la dgr maaf2 ... improve la weh bertahun dh kot .. byr mahal2 last2 dpt service teruk.. hmm please la ktm.. klau dh tahu delay buat announcement awal2, buknnya orang yg nk buat announcement tu pun gagap2 mcm budak sklh!!

setiap tahun bulan disember patut KTM kena take action lah.servis lah train KTM mcm kenderaan kita selalu pakai.lagi satu ada team ad hoc kalau ada apa2 berlaku boleh backup mcm standby extra bas kalau problem Dari KTM. jangan asik nak untung je.p

Happened to me last year cable theft ktm, supposed to depart from kl sentral at 6pm delayed till 7. The stuck again after ets stopped at 10pm had to wait they repair till 12am. Arrived home 3 am in the morning. What was supposed to take only 30 to 40 minutes ets ride
