Sheet pan chicken fajitas might be the easiest dinner you’ll make all week ✨🌮🌶️Juicy chicken, roasted peppers & a spicy yoghurt sauce all packed into a cheesy tortilla😮‍💨 Full Recipe👇🏽: Ingredients 2 chicken breasts, sliced into strips 1 large onion, sliced 2 bell peppers, sliced 1 tbsp olive oil 2 tsp smoked paprika 2 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp dried oregano Salt & black pepper For the sauce: 200g Greek yoghurt 1 garlic clove, minced 1–2 tsp sriracha (or to taste) Juice of ½ lime Salt & black pepper To serve: Flour tortillas Cheddar cheese Method 1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (180°C fan). 2. Add the sliced chicken, onion and peppers to a large sheet pan. Drizzle with the olive oil, then season with the smoked paprika, cumin, dried oregano, salt and black pepper. Toss everything together until evenly coated. 3. Bake for 25–30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender with lightly charred edges. 4. While everything cooks, mix together the Greek yoghurt, garlic, sriracha, lime juice, salt and pepper until smooth. 5. Sprinkle grated cheese over one half of each tortilla, fold over and toast on a hot griddle or frying pan until golden and crispy on both sides and the cheese has melted. 6.
