I have generalized dystonia for 35 + yrs now started in my left foot turned out then moved up my left side then right.got DBS 17 yrs ago helped greatly with my symptoms not a cure but anything helps dystonia is awful!! also have pain pump 15 yrs and gastroparesis due to heavy narcotic use i was on 9 narcotics for 15+ yrs before my pain pump destroyed my stomach and colon and feeding tube still get botox in neck upper shoulders..have u tried botox? does it work for you ive been getting botox since 1989 doesn't work like it used to hope you have good drs taking care of you ❤️❤️❤️

i get dystonia when im stressed for some reason? like any panic attack or asthma attack, or blood draws do it

I’ve got this but my chin tries to push to my shoulder and my shoulder goes up. Botox injections from my neurologist help a lot ❤️

I have fibro and mine will do the same at times... or cramps in the side of my neck so I cant look down. not sure if its from the fibro or bulging discs in my neck. thank you for sharing! 🧡

hi, I totally understand you, this is so exhausting. I've had this for 10 years now, I have Dusport injections every 3.5 months. I've had chiroprsctic, acupuncture, etc, you name it. Recent research: check Mri focused ultrasound, it is a possible treatment that is still in trials but it is already performed in some parts of the world. hope it helps! It's basically used to treat Parkinson and essential tremor but I'm considering getting it done.
