Pregnancy did that to you it changes your hormones. I used to weigh only 95 pounds at 5 feet tall, up until I had kids. I am now 150lb and it is f-ing hard to go back. Maybe with the money and time, I can go to expert hormonal doctors to fix my hormones and expert trainers. As determined, as I am as I’ve done keto but it did not stay as the hormones were never fixed. Sure I can starve which I did on keto and IF but it won’t stay you can’t enjoy your life like that eating very little
