Everything, clothes and armor in this film is 800 years off. It's like the equivalent of making a middle-ages film and have the heroes wearing adidas... Yet, the Nolan fanboys will say EVERYTHING to support the inaccuracies.

People don’t understand that the Odyssey is a PERIOD fantasy. It’s a fantasy, but it still takes place in a real period of history. It’s was no different to the Greeks of the time as Harry Potter is to us.
