Evidence isn’t fully clear but I personally feel a benefit from castor oil packs so I’ll continue doing them. They may help with: - Digestion - Bloating - Circulation - Menstrual cramps Don’t use during pregnancy, your period, or if you have an IUD. Again, do your own research! How to: - Use organic, hexane free castor oil. I like @Sky Organics - Purchase a 100% cotton castor oil pack. You can also get a 100% wool cloth to wrap around your stomach. The wrap I use is from Amazon https://a.co/d/4hHaOVy and the internal one you see here is from Etsy. - Put the castor oil onto the wrap (and a little in your belly button), then go to sleep with it!
