I used to work there. There is a slight thing that there’s a lot that’s missing out of the video. He was cussing at customers saying that they need to stop fucking ordering food because they’re ordering too much for him to handle at once and he was trying to do push-ups and squats in front of the customers which we told him hey if you want to do that, just go around the corner where you’re not gonna do it in front of customers and he got all mad we told him to go on a lunch if you haven’t taken one if you have take a 10 minute break and so he said art fun I’m gonna go take my lunch then but he already took a lunch. He said after he took his second lunch saying hey yeah no art. This is my second lunch now and so the boss was like hey all right so try to remember if you take lunches because if you do just put in rest break next time and he got all mad trying to shoot up the store behind the place and that he’s going to the military to get fucked up and just shoot people.

I agree with the employee. The manager needs more training. It is not okay to insult an employee much less in front of customers. That is not how you deescalate a situation. Also, why did it get to a point where a customer involved themselves? That’s a no bueno 🤦🏽♀️

I had the boss tell me that my birth was nothing to celebrate because I took off the Friday before my 30th birthday, she did this in front of other staff and the children who were 10-12 year olds, I worked at her daycare. Did I cry? yes, but not in front of her or anyone else until I left for lunch that day. Did I come back? yes, because I had just bought a new to me vehicle. Did I still take off work that Friday? yes. Then after I got my vehicle paid off, I did quit and that's when she wanted to act like I owed her something. so instead of a two week notice I just didn't show up. Then still had to deal with her for a month because we got paid by weekly and she had to mail my checks to me. The 1st one came on the following Thursday, went to her bank to cash it and the said there weren't funds in the account, I told her she said I needed to give her 30 mins to move money. The second check after I got it on a Wednesday when everyone else got paid the on the Friday before, I took it to a liquor store for them to cash so if it bounced she had to pay that too and the liquor store kept it for like 2 weeks and she kept trying to call and ask if I got the check
