Watching bleach for the first time, you never realize that white is trying to protect ichigo until you get around to watching it a second time. White only ever takes over ichigo’s body when his about to loose/die. Ichigo was fighting against the one being trying to protect him, albeit, white used alot of tough love, which never always worked.
