Central Jersey doesn’t include ocean or Monmouth. I’d put all of Mercer and somserset south of 287 and include most of hunterdon in central Jersey

I think all of Burlington County is South Jersey, and I think all of Mercer is Central- your North Jersey line dips a little low in the west. But this is the closest I have see.
