and here it is the end of 2025 and after about 7 months, I ended up getting one interview out of all of the applications that I put in. my grandparents didn't ever believe me about how hard it is to find work in many areas until they retired and realized that you can't live on just that alone especially with their medical bills. my grandfather decided to dust off the ol' resume and got into another place, proving his point about how easy it is until he quit due to toxic work environment. when he tried applying to other places and nobody will take him, proving my point.
