Generally speaking Japanese houses only last 20 to 30 years. This a very interesting construction method but know this will be torn down eventually.

This was so satisfying to watch, but I was concerned about him putting up the insulation without gloves. I know that stuff is itchy, and it can tear the skin and cause cancer and other skin problems.

Great job, very thorough; but please use protective gear. wear masks when cutting wood, gloves and mask when installing fiberglass insulation.

What about moisture though? If it's all packed in this tight, the moisture can keep in through the concrete and under the insulation because there is no air for the house to breathe.
