The main thing is "Cultural shock". In USA: The more processed the food is, the cheaper it is. Outside USA: The less processed the food is, the cheaper it is. It looks simple, but that will help us to understand many, many things.

There is nothing wrong with canned food. Canned frozen its all the same. Veggies are veggies and your right most kids won’t touch vegetables and yours do so

I’m blessed to make 6 figures… & I eat lots of canned food!!! sardines, beans, veggies, etc :) it’s canned fresh & I look for bpa-free & typically organic, mostly on sale or coupons

the pineapple is super green, what I find works— take a brown paper bag and a piece of bread, put your pineapple in there, close it up, and let it sit for a few days, it should ripen faster.

Canned veggies are accessible! Fresh isn’t available year round everywhere and some people can only go to the store once a month. Love canned and frozen veggies!
