Hi GM for a choice brand, he is right he dose automatically get a late check out but its on availability. and thats for any member. Now my front desk always askes if they would luke a late check out now if we cant do it we do let the guest know and there usually fine with it. if not we let them knowbwe will give them points so it always works out. granted id fire that front desk you dont go baging on a door
