@crazyuncledooby: 7736 W Ranken Ave, Richmond Heights, MO 63117 #stlrealestate #richmondheights #homeforsale #housingmarketupdate why isn’t this house selling?

Bbergh :

It’s not selling because it’s in a terrible school district.

JS :

Those ARE NOT egress windows.

user3012890126895 :

It’s not that anybody couldn’t afford the last one. It’s that it was overpriced by about $300,000.

3 :

This guy is unbearable.

Tera :

the price is why its not selling. That house is tiny and just because they put some cosmetic upgrades doesn't warrant the overpriced tag.

Marianne Hicks :

I used to live in the house literally next door. For YEARS this house sat basically abandoned with the roof caved in. Crazy to see it going for $300k. The space is tiny.

Lo :

Throwing rotten tomatoes at you rn

📚✍🏼💙read-to-your-kids :

You took all the charm out. Normalize not painting original wood.

jamielumpkins :

Dr. KHa :

Fully renovated kitchen but they leave the butt-ugly light fixture?

Coldjeys :

What a joke.

Goose :

Love the plastic floors!

user4524600130734 :

That’s a damn shame. That tiny starter home should cost $300,000😳😳

SoySushiLatte :

imjustsimplyme2019 :

The fireplace isnt actually working I assume?

stargateman :

he's not giving room sizes because it's a tiny tiny house and there's no egress to the outside on that basement room so it's a bonus room not a bedroom

theparty&theafterparty :

My mothers house in stl is bigger then this and was 200k cheaper 😭. And comes with an inground pool

moestradamus :

I did the plumbing there… 😎 #MasterPlumber

Jennay :

The price and the fact that no one wants a master bedroom in a basement either a random bathroom rough in in the middle of

user72033337072 :

It’s too expensive and that basement bedroom isn’t safe with no exit or egress windows
