I have to try these! I started working out again 2 weeks ago and my sciatica/herniated disc side (right leg) has been a bit weird. My calf gets really stiff and feels sore and then I feel this weird stretch in my glutes on the side. But there is no nerve pain really, more like pulling and soreness in the muscles on my leg. I started doing hip openers and I have noticed the same sensation after that. I hope these might help me with this❤️

after my back injury i developed severe gluteal tendinopathy. ive been told i need to gradually load the tendons, but without pain. that hasnt worked. I have tried to exercise with pain and that too hasnt worked. dont know where to go from here. thinking of doing PRP
