Depends on shbg, free test, conversion to dht. You can’t just look a total and you want to have a healthy ratio of total and free.

If you getting your T up that high and you’re not getting your O release frequently , you are simply missing out on your best life. You have got to be getting your dopamine and oxytocin hit regularly to get the full affect and full benefit to your overall general health and well being to maximize HRT.

mine is 199 currently but my SHBG is on the higher end and my free testosterone isn't great. I'm hoping getting to 250 will be my sweet spot. You may create more dht with gel, some people do better on low dose testosterone injections twice a week vs daily gel.

Depends on what the free testosterone is. You could have a total test of 300 but a free of 10.

Mine was 468 when I first started. The only side effect was high hematocrit and I had to blood let. We dropped it down and I run 268-300. Twice weekly sq injection 👌

I feel my best in the 800’s. My last blood test was 1,276. I’m backing it off a little now to get back to the 800’s. No side effects here, other than feeling good.

I feel amazzzzzzing at 230 ish.. seriously.. amazing. No side effects but I’m also post menopause, so I was at almost zero. I couldn’t climb a flight of stairs. I also only do biote which has no binders (that’s what causes adverse symptoms, hair loss, water retention etc)

Pellets allowed me to run higher without side effects. After switching to inj I can not hit where I feel best like I did on pellets without having too many side effects. Super frustrating. Love 250!

I got up to 700 and ended up with crazy anxiety, acne that took years to get rid of and excessive sweating I never had before that I have tried everything to get rid of the sweating is soooooo bad and even though my hormones have leveled out sweating won't go away or even get a lil bit better.

I feel good at 250ish. I get maybe 3 hairs on my neck every few months and that’s about it. I did have hair loss but found the issue and corrected it but it’s totally worth it for me!
