Ughhh my litter robot gave up on me already and it has been only 2 years. I hate it and they said well you need to buy a replacement that cost you only $400 dollars but we can give you a discount of 10%off because is not under warranty anymore. Now I’m looking for another brand but there are so many in like literally overwhelmed. 😭😭😭

Is the bottom littter box attached to the machine? From videos, looks like the box just sits on the floor. Is it locked into the machine to pull out to clean?

: Can anybody tell me why the robot three is not spinning even though all the lights turn on I’ve cleaned underneath it and put oil like grease to help it, but it will not spin it still connects to Wi-do Just won’t spin and dump and I really really wanted it to work because I have permanent back injury of scoliosis and herniated discs and it’s very hard on me to change the litter for my cats and I was very excited but it just won’t work and I can’t afford any other autobox right now and someone donated this one to me. She said it was working when she had it so I don’t know what the difference between there and here is but if anybody seems to know how to fix it, please let me know. I’ve watched YouTube videos and still nothing 🙏
