@stevenmotocooks: rack of lamb persillade! this is one of my favorite dishes to make for others, but for the holidays i decided to treat myself and bring you along too. lamb can be intimidating, but trust me it is so delicious and not actually that difficult to get wrong because its flavor is still prominent even if a touch over or undercooked so it is actually quite forgiving. one of my favorite holiday meals is a roasted leg of lamb, this is just a touch fancier if you are cooking for someone special like friends or family (leg of lamb is cheaper and just as good in my opinion, just different!). pretty simply i just gathered all of my ingredients and seared and crusted the lamb, boiled and baked my potatoes, then reduced a creamy mushroom sauce using the pan drippings and fond from the lamb. i think this dish could have also used a nice sweet and tangy cranberry sauce, but still so delicious. as always feel free to comment below with any questions or message me directly. also a reminder to take part in the giveaways still running for Cookmas :D 🎄 do you all like lamb? #chef #pov #cooking #learn #christmas
