Some of these are so avoidable. Sure, you’re not at fault, but you need to be attentive and react. If you play the “I’m doing the right thing, this is all on them” game, you’ll end up dead one day being that non-reactive hardahh, and in those stories, the person at fault seems to always be the only survivor.
