I don’t hate Nagataro but it’s kind of like the Familiar of Zero main heroine being a tsundere. They are both too entrenched in their archetypal roles that after a sour initial impression, it’s almost like they are playing catch up like the author is saying “Look, there’s more to them, just you wait,” well after the well is poisoned.
