I remember watching this live.. because they had the police footage and it was stated that there was a weird vehicle and that message was just playing over and over.

I don't think there's any more damage they opened up the street completely 2 days ago. I was just down there and walked halfway up 2nd Avenue to go to the parking garage I didn't look at everything.. Pretty sure everything's back to normal. If it looked like this the street would not be open it was closed 5 years. Almost to the day
