I feel like the earth is a round shape. Isaiah 40:22 talks about god sitting above the horizon and refers to curvature. JOB 26:7 talks about god hanging the earth upon nothing. The pillars of the world are metaphorical. I believe the earth is round, Floating, and still surrounded by a firmament

When I was, maybe in 4th grade, I wondered "if the Earth is spinning and moving around the sun, wouldn't the stars be different every night?" So I watched the stars. They come out in the same order every night. The constellations appear in the same order, but of course in different places because the stars move like a analog clock going counterclockwise. If the Earth were moving sailors and explorers would never have been able to use the stars as a compass, a clock and a calendar, which is what Genesis says the stars are for.

I don't think people realize that this bible was written by some man and translated in english so taking every word literally is cray cray. Science never said things happened randomly, it only try to explain the how, not the why. That model doesn't explain one obvious thing, sunsets and solar eclipses... it doesn't move away from us when setting: it's not even shown in the rotating model shown. Trust your eyes yes, and that doesn't work. Neither does the description of the universe that is in the bible make any sense with what we actually see. Close to the north pole and in iceland you can experience the 24hr day. explain that with this model.
