The only way to do this successfully and consistently is to actually, I mean obsessively, be focussed on becoming the best version of yourself in all areas. If that is not your reality, then pacing your text messages is playing games. You’re focussed on getting her over becoming your best. You’re more afraid of losing her than you are losing yourself.
