Try sleeping laying down with 2 pillows under your head sitting up at an angle with an airplane neck cushion round your neck so your head is lifted off of the pillows 👌🏽

here's how you know if you ruined it. if the hair you dropped has blood then you ruined (this specific graft). if the hair has a white spot without blood then it's no problem. day 34 for me.

you'll be fine. I think they attach to blood supply in first couple of days they just like you to be careful I had someone push into me on the plane the day after and bumped my head on the overhead storage. it bled for a while but clinic checked and was fine. I'm 8 months in now and randomly get one of those hairs with the base even now

Day 6/7 you are alright first 3 days are important but still watch out. And the hair you see is normal

if you have no blood coming out then it's fine. there may be some grafts there were randomly left on the head and may have fallen off when you slept. don't stress yourself.
