if the cops showing up caused the disturbance then why were they called there? to many people think that cops just walk up to people and do this to them. 99% of cops dont interact with you unless they stop you or they get a call about you. also just because its a right doesnt make it right. he is abusing the 1st amendment and it will change. states are already making laws to protect their public servants against these frauditors and people like them.
