I am not saying you can live a healthy life only consuming these foods. I am saying that your health is a LOT bigger than one isolated food. Here are some things that are 10X more important to your health than one single food in one isolated instance: - Your sleep quality - How much stress you carry - How many steps you take through the day - Your diet as A WHOLE - Your body composition (body fat vs. lean body mass) - Your training routine (especially whether or not you strength train) Your health has countless different variables. Any one of which in isolation doesn’t determine whether someone is healthy or unhealthy. So the thought that one single food can be “good” or “bad” just lacks any and all logic. I made this post so you can hopefully give yourself some grace next time you eat/drink something that you previously labeled like this. And so you can confidently tell the next person you tells you that the donut or treat you’re eating is “bad for you” to f*** off. #healthy #healthylifestyle #FitTok #GymTok #ed
